About Me

I love wondering aloud, exploring, connecting. I love deep conversations and the process of mutual discovery. I love walking with people on their unique paths to knowing, loving, and accepting who they really are: identifying the things that are blocking them from Becoming, gently healing and growing the parts of ourselves that feel authentic to who we truly are. I have found the Enneagram to be a profound way to encompass all of these things and so much more for myself as well as for the clients I have served as both a therapist and as an Enneagram coach.

I’ve completed more than 125 hours of training and supervision with The Narrative Enneagram and am a Certified Narrative Enneagram Practitioner (CNEP). In addition to my work as an Enneagram Coach, I am licensed in Minnesota, USA, as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and see therapy clients through my private practice, Renovation Counseling. I hold a Bachelor’s in English from The University of Northwestern-Saint Paul and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
